Shipping Policy
In-stock items will ship within two (2) days, and you will receive a shipment notification and exact mailing costs. The buyer pays all shipping costs. Made-to-order items will ship within five (5) days—any customs or import taxes to be paid by the buyer. Blue Star Energies is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You have 14 days to return your purchase to be eligible for a full refund.
